Meet The Owners

Northwoods Construction was founded by husband and wife team, Jon and Serena Tiffany. Jon has worked in construction since he was only 17 years old. He met Serena after 30 years in the industry, and was then equipped with a dream, expertise, and the perfect business partner to start NWC.

Serena took on more of the administrator and managerial roles. Jon, who is the epitome of a people person, put together a team of experts, and built the caring relationships which have grown their clientele.

Their journey has not been an easy one, they’ve faced multiple challenges along the way including navigating Serena’s MS which started progressing about a year before starting NWC and losing a child.

This venture has led them to build a life on their terms, and a business that is full of heart and always puts people first as is evident by the company’s spectacular reviews.

Kept cleaning up after themselves so my house didn’t look like a construction zone. Jon the owner and Robert the supervisor are great to work with.
